This course is approved by [and as a participant you will receive certification from] the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH). This is quite a new approach in which simple methods of meditation, breathing, and relaxation are combined with traditional hypnotherapy. More emphasis is placed on finding and treating the “root-cause” (or the source) of the problem, rather than treating the symptom only. You will experience a transformation in your own life in this interactive class, where almost half of the time is spent in practice and demonstrations. Group size is kept very small to insure adequate practice and individual attention. You will learn techniques both for self-hypnosis and for use in clinical practice. Whether you are a professional or a layperson, you are welcome to join us!
